课程简介 Course Description |
户外运动是在自然或模拟自然场地开展的具有探险或体验探险性质的运动项目群。户外运动包含众多运动项目，近年来在我国发展迅速，深受青年学生的喜爱。结合我校现有场地及我校地质、测绘等专业的特点，课程包含定向越野、攀岩、拓展、野外生存等技能和知识的学习，非常适合我校学生学习体验。通过户外运动课程的学习可以培养大学生克服困难、坚韧不拔的意志品质，锻炼学生的体力、脑力，对提高学生的独立思考能力与团队合作能力、形成终身体育观念具有重要意义。 |

Outdoor sports contains numerous sports, in our country has developed rapidly in recent years. Outdoor sports was deeply loved by young students. Combined with our existing fields and the characteristics of the geological and surveying and mapping major. This course includes orienteering, rock climbing, outward bound, survival skills and knowledge. It`s very suitable for the students in our school to learn. Through outdoor sports curriculum learning can cultivate college students to overcome difficulties and tenacious character, training students' physical and mental, to improve the students' ability of independent thinking and team cooperation ability. It have great significance to form lifetime sports concept. |
