轮滑运动是一项历史悠久的国际性体育运动，具有强身健体、休闲、娱乐、趣味性强等特点，深受广大学生的喜爱。本课程的教学目标是培养学生掌握速度轮滑和自由式轮滑运动的基本知识、基本技术、基本技能、比赛规则和科学锻炼方法，提高学生运动兴趣、增强体质、锻炼意志品质、加强团结协作意识、形成终身体育的观念，使学生能够在锻炼身体的同时体会到运动的乐趣，能够欣赏体育赛事、建立良好的体育锻炼习惯和体育意识。 |

Roller skating is a long history international sports, with physical fitness, leisure, entertainment, high interest, loved by the majority of students. The aim of this course is to train students to master basic knowledge of speed and freestyle skating, basic skills, basic technology, the rules of the game andexercise methods to improve the students' interest in sports, enhance physical fitness, exercise will quality, strengthen the consciousness of unity and cooperation, the formation of the concept of lifelong sports, so that students can exercise in the body at the same time to experience the fun of sports, enjoy sports, to establish a good habit of physical exercise and sports consciousness. |
